One of the nice things about Android is the ability to customize pretty much everything. And in the latest release of "Google Search" there is the ability to use the stock Android home screen instead of the Samsung/HTC/Motorola wrapper that is put over the top of most phones. I just installed it on my note 3 and made it the default program that launches when I hit the home key. It's got a nice look, great wallpaper and widget options, and Google Now is built into it as a swipe to the right.
Quick review of Samsung S5. Like it so far. My last 3 phones were Note 2 to GS4 to Note 3. It's similar to the GS4 but the improved battery life and waterproofing makes it a better phone.
Pros:
Waterproofing
Battery Life
Camera is fast
Fitness stuff - heart rate sensor etc
Cons:
I am not a fan of the "touch wiz" Samsung UI
Samsung keeps moving the buttons around - now the left button is the app switcher...
Same feel as the GS4 (not a bad thing but would like something new)
