This is getting so good. I think I like season 2 more than 1.

Agreed. And I like that you could skip watching the first season and start with season 2 if you wanted to.

Best line of the night "Stand aside, tool of the State".. That Carl Weathers (Nick Offerman) says to Lou the trooper... lol He's so good in this... channeling the spirit of Bob Odenkirk/Saul from Breaking Bad..

Wow... wonder if people will still love it after last nights weirdness...

I want to go back to season 1 and see if Lou made any remarks about the weirdness during the few times they reference the story being told in Season 2...

I didn't think it really effected anything but it was a strange thing to insert into a epic fight scene.

Yes, we were just in shock seeing it... just like, did that just happen..? lol

Reading a little about it now, there has been more UFO references in the show coming up to this (like bumper stickers), but what I had completely forgot about was that there was one in the Premier, when Rye Gerhart, after running out of the diner, stops in the middle of the road to watch 3 lights fly away... then bamb!! Peggy runs into him...

I guess there is a plot point in the Coen brothers movie "The Man Who Wasn't There" involving a UFO so the creator was doing a bit of a homage too...

There is also a well known real-world UFO encounter from a MN County Sheriff from 1979 that was inspiration too...

Well, that was a little lackluster finale....
