    Thumbs up Aliens vs. Predator

I loved the original back in the late 90's and then there was a pretty good follow up in 2000, multiplayer and all..

New one coming up mid feb, I pre-purchased last weekend.. Avail on Steam.

I also had a lot of fun with these games. I might try it out.

My friend has been playing this since it released. My opinions on games differ greatly from his. But since he is a HUGE fan of the Alien series he was automatically attracted to the game.

Multiplayer seemed absolutely horrible on the Alien/Predator side. I never really got into it and it seemed out of place for a PvP setting. I wouldn't take my word for it as I only played a few online, it just was no enjoyable with the weapons/abilities at your disposal. Manuvering the Predator and Alien is a task in itself.

The single player campaign was quite enjoyable, mostly the Human part. I read on G4 that the campaigns are really short, but if you start the game on Hard, it will last plenty long for you. Single player has incredible graphics are BRUTAL deaths. I'd say the Human single player was about the only part of the game I enjoyed.
