We have over 100 Nextel phones/plans at work that I am partially involved with. I need a new phone on my personal account and would like the new color version but I as a existing customer cannot get the phone for under $350....... WTF Talked to several levels of support but no one is able to give me even the smallest discount on a new phone. Even after saying I can take my number with me and go somewhere that will give me a color phone for free - they could care less.... Nice company.
