There is a great thread about a junk yard in California that fucked over a bunch of customers who then posted their experiences on the forum. I can't beleive that T.A.P. place. They post insulting messages back to the board. If you read the two posts carefully they don't apologize in any way for the bad experiences. They simply say, oh tough you forgot your receipt. It's not like the guy was looking for a refund but only an exchange. WOW

I guess if you knew dick about customer service hand job you would understand that the issue isn't if the person kept the slip or not, it's how the business owner dealt with the customer after the fact. Simply replacing the part would have been a good idea considering that by not doing so a 200+ response thread was created basically making their company look bad. Go read the discussion before you comment next time idiot.
