It doesn't do anything really that new, it's pretty much a re-hash of the old tricks. Clooney is cool, Pitt is SOOO cool, Damon is OVER used while walking through his role, Zeta-Jones is, well, she's there.
There were a couple surprises (Bruce Willis) and a couple twists, and one very funny line (Casey Affleck to Scott Caan) but that was about it.
I was entertained for the whole movie, so I can't say it was bad, it just didn't blow me away (not that the first one did). It was like, we've got the whole cast back...how about an overly complex story, and let's throw in a couple completely unnecessary plot twists, etc etc...
